01-04-2010 Guillaume Lefèvre is the new "Giant of Provence"

Guillaume and Karina
Let's go !
Giant of Provence

"Giant of Provence" is normally used as nickname for the famous Mont Ventoux because of its impressive and unmissable stature. Now you could also use "Giant of Provence" as nickname for Guillaume Lefèvre (or for his cuvées), wine producer at Domaine de Sulauze.
Lid of a famous architect family of Marseilles, Guillaume is leading with his own peculiar style Domaine de Salauze since 2004. Knowing no better than biodynamy, his cuvées are incredibly pure, fine and expressive of minerality. You should try Galinette, Pomponette, Les Amis and Lauze, all of them great wines of appellation Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Already some reknown wine importers have started to follow Guillaume, so don't wait too long...

01-06-2009 Rhône : superb newcomers in Ardèche

Frédéric Dorthe

Christelle Coulange
You still can find great and unknown winegrowers in the Rhône Valley. They are located in Ardèche on the right bank of the Rhône river, far from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and the other famous villages of the left bank as Cairanne or Rasteau.
In this special area Syrah-based wines taste as great as Saint-Joseph or Cornas while Grenache-based wines are not as heavy as they often can be in the Southern Rhône area.
At Domaine Coulange, Christelle Coulange runs the property with great professionalism and produces very straight wines.
At Domaine du Chapitre, Frédéric Dorthe is in permanent quest of the ultimate satisfaction.
It is now the right time to get to know these young skilled winegrowers.
