While Georges works in the vineyard and in the cellar to elaborate the wines following his unique method, his brother Remy, painter, gets inspired by the scenery around Saint-Jeannet to execute dozens of colourful paintings.

One of them will be selected for the vintage : rather intricate if the wine is rich and concentrated, rather bald if the wine is fine and elegant.
