Vintage 2007 is nearly sold out and the fresh white and rosé wines are ready, there is no reason to wait any longer to bottle the new wine.

Vintage 2008 will be available in the early beginning of 2009, when the freshness is on its highest and the expression of the wines is very fruit-forward.

Congratulations to the whole team of Domaine Isle Saint-Pierre and especially to family Henry who put all their energy to produce nearly 20.000 hectolitres of irreproachable quality wine. This consistency is the key factor for Domaine Isle Saint-Pierre to ensure its durability and to enable further development towards new exciting markets.

It is every year the same picture, Domaine Isle Saint-Pierre starts the grape-picking machines on the earliest. They even broke a new record this year : 17th of august was the first harvesting day !

The weather is dry, grapes are immaculate and have got a satisfying sugar content : 12,5% vol for the Chardonnays picked today. There is no rest for the grape-picking machines, it is very important to harvest as much as possible as long as the weather remains nice. The other grape varieties will follow : Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon, Muscat, Arinarnoa and finally the few rows of Gewurztraminer used in the Ripissilve white.
